PAY MY BILLS

View/Pay eBills

Welcome to ePay!

If you’ve got an established account with any department in the City, you can pay your bills right here with no stamps, envelopes, checks, or trips to town.  Just click on the Make an ePayment button (one above and one below).  You can use your credit card (MasterCard, VISA, DISCOVER and American Express) are taken.   You can also pay with PayPal which allows you to set up payments from your checking account or a credit or debit card.

It’s easy to get started.  If you’ve never registered before, registration is fast and convenient.  You’ll need your name as it appears on your bill, your billing address, your Account Number as it appears on your bill and your email address.  You’ll create your own personal User Name and Password and, when completed, a confirmation email will be sent to you indicating that you are now registered.  Once registered, all you’ll need is your User Name and Password to access your account.

This is a Convenience Fee based service.  The convenience fee is collected by a third party payment processor and that fee is used to pay the credit card processing fees and the cost of operating the payment web site.  The City does not collect any of the Convenience Fee.  You can calculate the convenience fee once you have clicked the Make an ePayment button and BEFORE you make any payment.

The City does not collect or retain any personal financial information with this web site as that process is entirely handled by PayPal through its secure payment processing portal.
